Ruth October is an artist who likes to explore feeling through colour. While she is best known for her bright abstract pieces, loose drawings and collage also have an important part in her practice.

Ruth October’s residency solo show ‘a look into colour’ is an invitation to explore the artist’s interest in the relationship between colours and feelings through large, abstract pieces that pull you into a dream world, to pieces made with natural materials to give them a raw, fragile look.
